Who We Are — 12hba
Full Introduction

Our Story

The 12hba platform was built around a simple but powerful purpose — to give every player in Bangladesh a safe, transparent, and enjoyable online gaming environment. We believe entertainment should be accessible to everyone, and every step 12hba takes is grounded in that belief.

With Bangladeshi players in mind, we have built our entire platform in Bengali. From the interface to customer support — everything is available in Bengali. Deposits start from just ৳500 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, and withdrawals are completed in as little as 10 to 45 minutes. These advantages are what set 12hba apart.

At 12hba we always strive to enrich the gaming experience. From slots to fishing games, cricket betting to live casino — our collection is vast and varied. The best games from world-class providers like Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and many more are all available in one place at 12hba.

At the heart of our values is a commitment to player safety and fair play. Every transaction on 12hba is protected by SSL encryption. We are firmly committed to fair play and place the highest importance on responsible gaming. We treat every player's experience as a personal priority.

The 12hba VIP program is designed especially for our regular players. From Bronze to Silver, and Silver to Gold — weekly cashback increases with every level you advance. Bronze level offers up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver level up to 0.8%, and Gold level up to 1.2%. This reward structure is our way of expressing gratitude to our loyal players.

Above all, 12hba is a community. We are not just a gaming platform — we are a companion in entertainment for millions of people across Bangladesh. Our 24/7 Bengali live chat support ensures that you always have help available whenever you need it. Welcome to 12hba.
