1. Introduction and Consent

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. Transferring access to your account to a third party is not permitted. Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to your account to the 12hba support team immediately.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you log in on someone else's device, log out at the end of the session.
• Do not share your login details with anyone.

3. Age Verification

The 12hba platform is operated for individuals aged 21 or older only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

As part of account verification, 12hba may request a national identity card, passport or other government-issued identity document. Failure to pass age verification will result in the suspension of the account and all related activity.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used to deposit money into 12hba. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

When making a deposit, you must use a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing using a third-party payment account is prohibited and the transaction may be cancelled in such cases.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum amount for a withdrawal is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until account verification is complete.
• If an active bonus is in place, wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed due to technical issues or security checks.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions on the 12hba platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion is not available at this time.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 100% of their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• A member may use each promotional offer only once.

6. Gaming Rules

• Playing games using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
• Publishing comments or information that damages the reputation of the platform.
• Playing games in fraudulent collaboration with other members (Collusion).
• Encouraging minors to use the platform.

8. Privacy and Security
